Festa Resto is a Capiz Best and yeah the best restaurant for me in Pueblo de Panay located right across Robinsons Place Roxas. Famous among patrons for its indoor and also fresco dining, Festa serves a mix of local and international cuisine. Some of the highlights in the menu are the Seafood Pasta, Kalderetang Kambing, and the different types of sumptuous steaks. so you know guys if you have time just head over to FESTA and bond with your loved ones over good food and good music.

desserts and smoothies are also available for those who want to relax after a
delicious meal. There is also an acoustic band playing nightly from 7:00 p.m.
to 9:00 p.m., providing a pleasant atmosphere to diners. this elegant restaurant also has a
couple of private nooks for group dining, and can cater to events with 100
guests or less.
